The contract between us
We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will acknowledge your order has been place by sending an e-mail to you at the e-mail address you provide in your order form. Our acceptance of your order brings in to existence a legally binding contract between us which is governed by these Terms and Conditions.
1.1 If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity we shall have no liability to you unless you send us a notice in accordance with the notification clause of these terms and conditions, informing us of the problem as soon as reasonably possible following delivery of the goods in question. We shall then refund all monies paid by the customer.
1.2 We will inform you as soon as possible if your order will take longer to reach you than 14 days. We will endeavor to meet estimated delivery dates. If we notify you of a problem with the delivery date under this condition, our only obligation will be at your option to:-1.2.1 make good any shortage or non-delivery 1.2.2 replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective (providing such faults have not been caused by your misuse, negligent handling or improper care of the goods); or 1.2.3 refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question in whatever way we choose.
1.3 Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expense (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) howsoever arising out of any problem you notify to us under this condition and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question under clause 1.2.3 above.
1.4 You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase goods from our site. The importation or exportation of certain of our goods to you may be prohibited by certain national laws. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the goods you purchase.
1.5 Notwithstanding the foregoing nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any right you might have as a consumer under applicable local law or other statutory right that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.

If any part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.
4. Third Party Rights
Except for our affiliates, directors, employees or representatives, a person who is not a party to this agreement has no right under the UK Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of this agreement but this does not affect any right or remedy of a third party that exists or is available apart from that Act.
5. Governing Law
The contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English Law and the English Court shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us.

7. Cancellation by us
7.1 We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:-
7.1.1 we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered; or
7.1.2 we do not deliver to your area; or
7.1.3 one or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.
7.2 If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information collected from you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service. The type of information we collect about you includes: your name, address, phone number and e-mail address. We will not pass on your details to any third parties. We will not e-mail you in the future unless it is to respond to any comments or complaints you may have. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with the law. Orders must be placed before 1pm for the next day delivery service orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the next working day. Orders placed after 5pm Friday will be process on Monday. Please allow up to 5 working days for standard delivery. We will engrave your rolo with your requested text and post it out in its own specially designed box. All you have to do is sit back and wait for the thanks.
Returns and Refunds
If you are not entirely satisfied for any reason with your purchase you may request a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt of your purchase. We will gladly refund your transaction in full to the original credit or debit card used at the time of purchase. The only condition of this policy is that the item is returned undamaged in its original condition. When sending the item back we suggest you send it via Royal Mail Special Delivery with sufficient insurance. Include with the item your full name, address, order reference and details of either the item you would like to exchange for or the reason for refund.
