In addition to our 14 day returns policy all items purchased from 1st October 2023 may be returned for either an exchange or full refund up until January 12th 2024. Standard terms apply.

You can place your order via the internet, phone or email using all major credit and debit cards, including American Express.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information collected from you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service. The type of information we collect about you includes: your name, address, phone number and e-mail address. We will not pass on your details to any third parties. We will not e-mail you in the future unless it is to respond to any comments or complaints you may have. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with the law. Order before 1pm and we will guarantee same day despatch, plus we will even engrave it with your requested text, write the gift tag and post it out in its own specially designed box. All you have to do is sit back and wait for the thanks.
Returns and Refunds
If you are not entirely satisfied for any reason with your purchase you may request a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt of your purchase. We will gladly refund your transaction in full to the original credit or debit card used at the time of purchase. The only conditions of this policy is that the item is returned undamaged, in its original condition and has not been engraved, engraved items will only be refunded if the item is faulty. When sending the item back we suggest you send it via Royal Mail Special Delivery with sufficient insurance. Include with the item your full name, address, order reference and details of either the item you would like to exchange for or the reason for refund.
